2018 Calendar

I have selected a group of my photos from which A will use to create my 2018 calendar.  Previous calendars highlighted bicycles trails I have ridden. My next calendars will focus on the diverse scenery of Mew Mexico (my new home state).

With that, I have been toying with the name of the calendar.  Here's a couple that I am considering:
Hola! New Mexico
Hello! New Mexico
Enchanted New Mexico

Please give me your thoughts.  Sorry, I will not show the possible photos into the calendar is published.

Taxation Registration

The New Mexico Taxation & Revenue registration arrived this week.  Officially, can collect sales tax in my P\photography "business".  First thing I did with the new registration was to head to Costco and got a business membership and credit card (non-business).

I had been reluctantly using Sam's Club, especiially for my photo enlargements.  The Omaha area had a Sam's at Lake Manawa, 15 miles from home where the only Costco was across town over 40 miles from home.  In the Albuquerque area Costco and Sam's have locations in the same area near Cottonwood Mall.  I say "reluctantly" using Sam's Club because I would prefer patronizing businesses that pay their employees  a decent wage, then relying on food stamps and other government programs.

Business Registration

This week, I finally got off my butt and registered as a photography business in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.  I have to tell you, it was much more involved here than it was in rural Iowa.

Anyway, the business is now legal.
